Students were to design Residential Infrastructural Development based on their preliminary Urban study where the students were split into groups based on the areas of Manapakkam , Sholliganallur , Tambaram and Mogappair . After the preliminary study they were able to figure out what kind of typologies were needed in the respective sites and came with typologies like 4bhk, 3bhk , 2bhk , 1 bhk and worked on the master plan on the basis of sustainability and move ahead to their design detailing.
